Approved orders are packed and shipped from Puerto Rico.

After placing an order, please allow processing time before your order is shipped. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive tracking information through the contact information used at checkout.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, and high-volume drop periods.

Order Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Approved is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Because Approved releases limited quantities, returns and exchanges may be limited depending on product availability.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details so we can review it.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition to be considered for a return or exchange.
